Basic Plus license- limited number of tracks?

Hi- I'm going through my first sequencing effort using "Listentoourlights" tutorials.

 

I can't seem to create more than 2 tracks (it's grayed out).

 

Do I need to upgrade to unlock the ability to have more tracks? Can't really see anything that says if Basic Plus doesn't really offer this feature.

 

Anyone know?
