I am slowly going through each controller and if I find any issues I am sending in for repair. I want to get all my repairs done early. I received my first controller back and they even put in a note telling me exactly what they did. Awesome! I just put in for another RMA and they issued one at 8:00 at night. Really awesome! I am sending off tomorrow. I just wanted to say LOR support is really great!

How quick was your turnaround?  I've got a controller in for repair and it's been 3 weeks so far.

We are still backlogged on repairs from the season.  Right now we are running around 3-4 weeks from the time we receive your shipment.

Not long, IMO. I think it was around 3 weeks or so.
