derekb Posted March 13, 2014 Posted March 13, 2014 I am slowly going through each controller and if I find any issues I am sending in for repair. I want to get all my repairs done early. I received my first controller back and they even put in a note telling me exactly what they did. Awesome! I just put in for another RMA and they issued one at 8:00 at night. Really awesome! I am sending off tomorrow. I just wanted to say LOR support is really great! Thanks,Derek

LOR Staff Posted March 13, 2014 Posted March 13, 2014 We are still backlogged on repairs from the season. Right now we are running around 3-4 weeks from the time we receive your shipment.
