powerful246
I am new to ccr's this year and was wondering how many people ran their ccr's horizontal to make a matrix wall instead of a tree. I am looking for some sequences for such a wall. Can anyone help me out?

wbaker4
I have 2 CCB sets arranged as 8 x 25. Any other graphics and video that I need, I display on a matrix of approx 10K RGB LEDs that is driven by a separate Video Controller (not LOR). The following Video shows the 8 x 25 CCB matrix on the left, and RGB matrix in the middle of the wreath on the house. Play it fill screen (HD) to see the matrix better. What type of pixels are you using? Thanks in advance! Eric
sharpsvillelights
Has anyone used Madrix software to create affects on a Matrix wall? I plan on bulding a matrix wall out of CCP's for next year. I currently use Superstar to program a matrix tree. But I would like to know the type of affects Madrix offers and how it integrates with LOR. I currently use Superstar to program a matrix tree. But I would like to know the type of affects Madrix offers and how it integrates with LOR.Madrix is extremely $$$$$$.....$$$$$! I have not played with it since mid-2012 so I couldn't tell you anything useful(things change quickly) You would use LOR to trigger events (video 1, video 2 etc). The number of pixels you would like to control increases the price. And as for the CCP, I do not think Madrix will outright control them. You might be better off using nutcracker and importing into LOR. I do not know if they have updated the firmware in the CCP controllers but at one time (again mid 2012) I tried to do just that and ended up going the DIY pixel route.
