Help - Video and Sequencing Problems

Hello All,  I did 16 songs this year and only a few turned out.  In many of the songs that I uploaded onto YouTube the audio is off set from the video by about a half a second or so.  It was not this way when viewing the live display and I have no idea as to what the problem may be.  

 

I also have several sequences that have a problem specific to the start of the song.  On these songs, the light display starts a second or two early and then pauses until the music catches up and then proceeds normally.  Again, I have no idea as to what may be causing this problem.  I have submitted a request to LOR for help but have not even heard back from them.  I have also noticed that several of the songs have the first second or two cut off after uploading them.  

 

To help you understand the problem, I have included the links to several songs below.  Some have the delayed video, some have the delay at the onset, some have both and some have neither.  If you could please look at some of these songs and help me out with any suggestions that you may have I would really appreciate it.
