Port01 and port16 not responding

When I connect any lights to this ports, the lights are always on, I tes on hardware controller, try to put this port off but no responding, the ports always remain on. 

 

Can anybody please advice?

Two things. 1) do a board reset. 2) bad Triac and need to be physically replaced.
