scubado
I'm thinking about maybe making an igloo out of coroplast with rgb lighting. Anyone have any experience with this idea or can point me to some ideas? This is for next year, so I'm in no rush. I've got my hands full trying to get my display 100% working, this weather just sucks, where's the global warming when you need it?!
Uncle Al
I had toyed with the same idea some time ago. I came across paper model patterns of geodesic domes. There are many different patterns available and I was able to find one that had just the look I wanted. It would be pretty easy to scale up the pattern to whatever size you wanted for the coroplast. zanclus
I also thought about making an igloo. I was thinking it would be easy to use occasionally pipe and fittings. Say 3/4" then cover with white corollary. You could zip tie the rgbs to the pipe then zip tie the coroplast to cover.

scubado
I wish I could have predicted that we'd be so cold this December, I would have planned to make large garbage can ice cubes with leds frozen in. We don't get this cold until January, then I got time to do something like this. Building an ice igloo would be cool, but it wouldn't last long enough for the effort. The article was from Canada.
