Guest guest
SV04Turbo,Does that device have a recorder in it so you can put it on an appliance that runs intermittently and see what it used over a 24 hour period?
Guest guest
i have another question, i am planning to get LOR800W (8 channels) and while i was planning for the lighting it occured to me that my final amps are 15.51. Thats .51 amps over will this be a problem? The total mini lights that i hoped to hook up is 4695 lights. During the show, all channels will not be on at once. I hope that this will be ok, but just want to check.THANKSJOE
Guest guest
If you are using heatsinks, you can load 8 amps max per channel. Also, in the hardware utility you can cut the intensity of the board to run at less than 100% So you would use less power right off the back. So you should be fine. Will Sanders
Guest guest
ok thanks, so thats means i can have a total of 64 amps hooked up to it, but not on at the same time right?THANKSJOE
Guest guest
Dan,So long as the unit is supplied power, it will increment KWH usage up to 9999 hours, or until it is removed from power. So, you could leave it plugged in for 24 hours and see your KWH usage during that time.My only gripe is that I wish it would handle 20 amps. It's 15 maximum.Handy tool for 30 bucks though. Does Volts, Amps, Watts, Hertz, Power Factor, and KWH
Guest guest
Correct.Take a look at the FAQ in my signature, and look at the "How many lights can I hook up" question. (It may not be worded exactly like that.)
