How to add time to animation?

Can't figure this one out?  I'm working on an animation sequence and would like to insert 5 secounds at the very begining of the sequence.  (Keeping what I have and shoving it over to the right so I wind up with 5 secounds.) 

 

Then I would like to insert 2 secounds at 10 seconds into the sequence.

 

Does it mater if it's a animation or can I do the same with music sequence?

Inserting time in an animation sequence is easy. First under edit select change total time (or something similar to that) and add however much time you want. That will add the time at the end. Then cut the whole sequence starting at the beginning and paste at the 5 second mark. Then do the same thing for the 10 second insert.

The only way to change the length of a musical sequence is to change the length of the music. You can do that with Audacity.
