David S Posted November 30, 2013 Share Posted November 30, 2013 Hi Im all new to this as just purchased my CTB16PCg3 controllers (x2) . I plugged them in to the computer last night and added some lights for testing . Run a sequence and all was fine , tried the same thing today and channels 1-8 didn't work . I tried a reset and did a all lights on check and everything was fine . Run a sequence and not working again , this time though other channels not working . Am I doing something wrong ?? Tim Fischer Posted December 7, 2013 Share Posted December 7, 2013 Sorry if this is too obvious, but do your controllers have two power cords and if so are they both plugged in (to a power source that has power).
