Robert Burton Posted November 29, 2013 Share Posted November 29, 2013 My design machine is on Win 7 and my showtime machine is on Vista. Using .avi files on Win7 they run fine with no error messages. However on Vista, I get a Comm Surrogate error message and also two messages that deal with playback. Now, running a test show tonight worked, but did have a couple of sequences that would never play and wondered if that wasn't the issue. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Robert Burton Posted December 5, 2013 Author Share Posted December 5, 2013 Bob I will have to go back and look. I have now moved to another machine because of some "blue screen" issues.
