Becky Scott Posted November 27, 2013 Share Posted November 27, 2013 I am trying to set up my CCR tree with rope light arch. I have a 3 Cat5 network. Comm 5 is the LOR controller for star. Comm 6 controls the first 6 CCR and Comm 7 controls the last 6 CCR. When I run hardware utility the computer finds all three com ports. However, it does not find all the controllers. What is found:Comm 5 - LOR controller for starComm 6 - 1 unit found (07)Comm 7 - 0 unit found I have checked all of the cat5 cables between controllers, the network hub (additional usb hub), and power. Everything seems to be in working order. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as the display is scheduled to open tomorrow.
