CCR help

Hi all i have programmed a 12 CCR tree but this year I have 2x broken CCRs was just wondering if some one can tell me how I can still use the same program but with just 10 CCRs I was thinking if I dropped out the first and last string that would work but that has not worked the way I thought it would because the centre is out on my tree can some one please help me ( or do I just drop out the last 2 x strings ) mmmmmmm I am getting confused
