Sequence Not Staying Synced

I have a sequence that when I play it in the sequence editor it is synced with the music but when I change the play range to Selected it is off by about two seconds. Any ideas??

In almost every case this is a matter of the media file you are using not being a Constant Bit Rate MP3 file (or WAV file.)
