adam_northdakota Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 So this is my first post, and first Christmas using lor and one of my songs is not in sync with the music. So being a newbie I am wondering if there is a way to either delay the music and start it when the channels start lighting up or if there is a way to delete the first 5-6 seconds of the grid and move the whole sequence back. I think that is what I am trying to say anyways thanks for any help.
Brian Mitchell Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 Under the edit menu in the sequencer, use the option called Skew Track. It will let you jog the audio track back and forth to line it up.
adam_northdakota Posted November 10, 2013 Author Posted November 10, 2013 Thank you so much. I'm sure I read or watched a video about it but I couldn't remember.
Karenwatt Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 You can also use Audacity to shorten songs. It's free and it is fairly simple to do. I almost always have to use Audicity to convert the Mp3 to WAV so the songs work with Light O Rama. Otherwise the songs sequence fine going with the view visible screen, but when you start over from the beginning and watch, it is all off. Here are the instructions for that. http://audacity.wonderhowto.com/how-to/convert-mp3-file-wav-format-with-audacity-344472/
