Copy A Sequence

I have sequenced a song and it has a narration leading into the song, which I sequenced as part of the song.  I need to edit the narration out as well as the part of the sequence that goes with the narration and keep the rest of the song and the sequence.  Can I do this and not have to re-sequence the entire song?

edit the part of the song you dont want out in Audacity.  Create a new sequence with the edited track.  Copy and paste the entire sequence (minus the narration) from the old sequence into the new.   Piece of cake.
