Firmware release notes?

I've been having random strange occurrences with new V3 controllers, and am wondering if there are any firmware release notes stating what's new/fixed in each of the available versions of the firmware (V1.11, V1.08, V1.05).

 

The latest is a periodic 'flash all channels' even when shows aren't running.  This happens perhaps once every 20 minutes or so, and is only about 1/50 of a second long (the LED's don't even get to full brightness it's so quick).  Perhaps firmware isn't the problem, but it'd be nice to see what's in each release to know if a simple firmware update would fix the problem, without having to bother everyone here on the board.
