Move mutliple Props at one time?

Using version 3.8.0.

 

Is there a way to move select several props, and move them all at once?

 

For example -- want to move a line of 8 mini trees from one spot to the next, and keep the current spacing between the 8 mini trees.  Can this be done in one operation?  Or, do I need to move each mini tree, one at a time?
