eurbani
I think this is a bug, but it may be functioning as designed. Also, I couldn't find a list of known issues. So, if this is on the list, I apologize. Also, I am not sure if this is the method or place to report a bug. So, here are the replicatable Steps Open SESelect New Sequence TabSelect New Animation sequenceClick Ok (accept defaults)Click on TimingsSelect Add New Freeform GridName the GridHit EnterPull Down Timing Grid SelectorSelect New GridPull Down Timing Grid SelectorSelect The Default GridPull Down Timing Grid Selector Previously created Freeform Grid is not on list. bob
This is definitely works-as-designed, although I admit that I'm not 100% sure that it is designed-as-should-work. What's happening is that whenever a track's timing grid is changed, if its old timing grid was completely empty, we check to see whether or not there's still any other track that is using that old empty grid. If not, we throw the old empty grid away. The idea behind this is that we don't want extraneous empty grids just laying around being a bother, so we proactively get rid of them. Mostly this is to get rid of the default (empty) timing grid that is created whenever a track is created, before any "real" timing grid is assigned to that track. bob
As of the next release, this will only happen if the timing grid has not been given a name.
