David Prusak
I just finished setting up my halloween display with 44 channels of LOR. This is my first year using LOR. The problem I am having is that when the show starts, only the first 5 channels work. None of the other channels come on in the sequence. I'm using 3 brand new CTB16PC boards I bought preassembled during the sale. I've used the Hardware Utility and all 3 boards are located and all 3 red lights are steady on and I can manually check each channel and they all work so I just don't know where to go from here. Also I thought if I disabled the shows in the control panel I could run the show using the Sequence Editor as long as Control Lights is checked and the Hardware Utility is turned off. Is this correct because I can't get that to work at all? Can anybody help??? David
cmoore60
David,Do all the channels work when you run the sequence in the sequence editor? Do you have all of your channels in the sequence editor assigned to channels on the controllers? You cannot run a show and the sequence editor at the same time. They will conflict and not work.Chuck
David Prusak
Thanks Chuck, that might be the problem now that you mention it. I had been working on the sequence off and on for a couple months without assigning the channels. :? I know I should do this first but I was anxious to complete the sequence and I had made so many changes to the display. I transfered the sequence to from my desktop to the laptop I will use to run the show probably without assigning all the channels. I will have to double check that when I get home tonight. Yes, all the channels work when I run the sequence in the sequence editor and thanks for the info on running the show through the sequence editor.
