Conference calls/webinars on sequencing basics, tips and tricks?

Forgive me if I've missed something, because I only have time to frequent the forum periodically.  When I first joined, I recall that some members had set up webinars to go over some basics of sequencing.  I tried joining in on one, but by time I was able to call in, it was almost over.  Does anyone still do those?  I'm aware of the jump start classes LOR offers, which would be awesome.  But there isn't one in my area and travelling for one isn't realistic for me. 

 

I read as much as I can here, but since I don't know a ton about what I'm doing, it can get confusing.  I'm much more of a "visual" person anyway.  You can tell me all day how to do something, but I'll learn 5x faster if I actually see it.

I have found the tutorials listed at the top of the pages of the forums to be most helpful.

If you have not already done so, perhaps that would be a good start.

Thanks Don, I replied in your thread.  If I can make them, I definitely will.

 

FarrOut, yep, I've seen a lot of the tutorials.  They helped me get started so I had some clue what the buttons do.  But having a live interactive session would be great!
