Posting a video of your animation screen to Youtube.

I am on W7 and want to post a video of a song I did to youtube.  how do you video the screen without actually using a camcorder or do  you?

so far this one works (without first ok'ing the install of 5200 other utilities) but the audio really sucks.  It sorta echo'd most of the time except when I broke wind, recorded that perfectly.

Lol. I don't have a sound issue and I don't know what to tell you to do to fix it. Sorry
