Can a channel act like a wavelength during a speaking portion of a song?

I am working on a song with a portion where two people are speaking to each other and I would like two single trees to 'act' out the part by having them 'speak' to each other. Can a channel be used in this way? Where the intensity of the channel is dictated by the tone of the speech?

If you are wanting the channel to react in real time to the music, no. Even when programming the software can not do that.

I have used channel intensity to respond to the loudness of the speech (not the frequency). I used this in last year's display in the skit "RMOG ie Real Men of Genius" which is on my Youtube video list (bottom of post in signature). The intensity variations and timings are relatively east to set up using the VU wizard.

I also used this technique for the sequencing contest run earlier this year. See http://forums.lightorama.com/index.php?/topic/26307-sequencing-contest/page-4 post 116. After that contest, I put together some instructions in an email which I could easily forward to you together with the lms files if you are interested. Just PM me your email address.

I'm guessing this is more in line with what you want to accomplish, correct?

No, I haven't done this, but thinking about it - look at the second half of this; first half is a "how to"

Here's the original one I saw.

Link to where I found the above; second page has what I think are the sequence and probably audio files, but they're probably in vixen, not LOR.
