Light-O-Rama is not correctly installed

I keep getting this every time I try to go to sequence editor, network,  The only thing that I can get into is hardware.   Every time I try to use Sequence editor it does the same thing over and over.   It wont let me in and keeps saying this is the first time you have used lor since updating,

I have tried to uninstall, reboot and install again.

Had similar problem contact lor they will give you a file to download called registry wipe you use this to clear all dataout of lor than reinstall program  worked for me Dennis

Tried that file and reboot the system.    Still same thing.    I did fill out a ticket.   Thanks for leading me onto that registry wipe.

This got it.  

 

OK... next thing I would try would be to go to your LOR program files directory (typically, but not always, C:Program FilesLight-O-Rama), and running the "LORPost.exe" program (might just show up as "LORPost", depending on how you have Windows set up).
