Nutcracker Text

I am makinig a sign that I want scrolling text.

 

Went through making a model and the sequence, which included enteriing the text. After submitting, the animation box is blank and I get an error

 

"Could not find/open font when opening font "arial", using internal non-scalable font
End of animation sequence

 

I dont see where you select the font or size so thought that was automatic. Any idea what I did wrong?

The Nutcracker 2.0 text has a fixed font size. I stopped any further development of Nutcracker 2.0 last january. Now my development is done on Nutcracker 3.

on this same link are numerous tutorials about using nutcracker 3.

 

Nutcracker 3 allows any font and any font size.
