Guest guest
anyone ever find or use relays that would be fast enough to use in an LOR display? Next year will be my first year with LOR and i was thinking about the power requirements, and being as that i live in an older house, the electrical system isn't real strong. I was thinking about putting some lights on a small shed that i have as well to be part of the display, and since that's wired on it's own circuit, i was thinking it might be nice to use relays to let those lights draw off of the circuits it has already, just use the LOR channels to turn on and off the relays. But i'm not sure if relays are too delayed and wouldn't allow the sync process to happen right or not...Colin
Guest guest
If you have a CTB16 controller or al LOR1602W controller, there are two power feeds one of those feeds could be from the shed and the other feed from the house. You limit yourself with the relays... No dimming for example.
