cmurray
I had some unique visitors by the display early the other morning, my security cameras captured them very well so I thought I would share. The mom only managed to break one tree and leave me a present in return. Anyways not something I am sure lots of you see every day. cmurray
excellent...what cameras do you use to get such great video? These are the cameras I am using they are a wireless IP camera. As a side note I didn't buy from this company they were just the first when I googled my cameras tonight. The software that is included is not all that great but it works well enough but the cameras are decent and I like the wireless aspect I just mount them and plug them in and can pull them up anywhere.http://www.hellotrade.com/beward/compact-color-ip-camera.html

I got them as a at cost deal I believe around $100 a piece. That web site was just the first that came up when i searched my model number the N1250. Sorry I couldn't help any more,CMurray
Surfing4Dough
So this is the camera, right?http://www.beward.net/product/2529 How have these fared outdoors? Doesn't appear to be an outdoor camera, plus states to operate it above freezing. How long have yours survived so far?

Doesn't appear to be an outdoor camera, plus states to operate it above freezing. How long have yours survived so far?Yes those are the identical cameras to mine. Your right they probably are not an outdoor rated camera. As far as the frezzing temperatures that doesn't appear to be an issue I have had mine for three seasons now and the continue to work when we drop to -40 C and 99% of the time I use them it is at least below freezing. With that said I don't know how well they would hold up to rain directly on them I have two mounted on my house year round under the eve so they are sheltered from rain in the summer and then during the season I add two more around the yard. The two in the yard are directly exposed to snow and I never have any issue with them in the three years I have been using them. Cmurray
