c7/c9 light "holder"?

hi all,

i have seen a few displays that use what i am calling "light holders" because i have no idea of the correct term. basically what i am seeing appears to be c7 or c9 lights. looks like 4 colors each on their own cord. at each point where the 4 bulbs are together there appears to be some sort of box that holds the lights in place. below is a link that will hopefully allow you to help me with what these are and if and where they are available or something that someone custom built.

Those plastic holders were made by www.holidaycoro.com but I don't see them on the website anymore.
