SnowLoverGeorgia Posted September 5, 2007 Posted September 5, 2007 I went to watch my halloween sequence with animation to tweak it if need be. When i went to play it...it said error playing audio file and wouldnt let me play it. What happend? It dont know how to fix this and it has happend before a few times. I hadnt even sequenced those songs yet, but this song was done and ready.....
lkcubsrule Posted September 5, 2007 Posted September 5, 2007 Well, if it says "error playing audio file", you must have moved the audio file somewhere else. When you make a sequence, you select your audio file. Then, Light-O-Rama "plays" it from that folder. When you move it, the program has no idea where it is. So, you have to locate it.Go into Edit -> Audio File. Then, locate it, and it should all be good!
CraigG Posted September 5, 2007 Posted September 5, 2007 I had a similar problem with mine went I went back to do songs and I had not changed a thing. What had happened was there was a update to Windows Media Player and I believe something went astray there. I backed up all of my sequences, audio files and then uninstalled LOR. Deleted final directories etc - then reboot computer and reinstalled LOR and copied my backup folders across.Everything is now AOK.Hope this helps.CheersCraigG
