Mini-director scheduling help

I hope someone can help me with this. I've searched the forums and haven't come up with what I need.

I've got my mini-director with mp3, FM transmitter, and 2 controllers on a timer that comes on at dusk.

I've got a bunch of musical sequences that are fairly static. I'd like to play through a half hour of these (5-6 sequences), then play through my 4 more complicated sequences for about 4 hours (which would be 64-80 sequences) and then repeat the more static sequences for another 4-5 hours (another 64-80 sequences).

Is there a more efficient way to do this than entering the 133-166 sequences, one at a time into the Simple Show Builder or LOR mp3 section of the Hardware Utility? Am I missing a way to create a short simple show, a long complicated show repeated multiple times, and a simple show repeated multiple times and get that info into the minidirector?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure I must be missing something.

There really isn't a more efficient want to enter 100+ sequences to run on a director or mini-director. Granted, you can add more than one sequence at a time in the HWU by selecting more than one at a time, but you'd still need to order them to be in the order you want them to play.

Actually this is so much simpler with the DC-MP3 Showtime Director that has the built in clock. I can do this very easily using it, but with an external timer makes it more complicated, and is yet another reason I paid the higher price for the DC-MP3 Showtime Director because it runs my shows very efficiently and the way I want them. Granted I still have to add he sequences, however, I precede EVERY sequence with a #, i.e. 01-Silent Night, 02-Wreck the Malls.....18 Siberian Sleigh Ride, so they play in the numerical order wanted, but I can still move them around and play them out of order if I wanted to. This way I can run the 4 shows I have operating, 1. my actual show , Show 01: from 5pm-12:00am {midnight}, Show 02 from 12:00am{Midnight to 6:55am - overnight lighting|, Show 03 from 6:55am-7:00am {shut all overnight lights off} and then Show 04, from 7:00am-4:50pm for the Off Hours music and announcements, then it all starts over again at 5pm. This could be done with an external timer, but takes a lot more effort.

And so the Showtime Director is much better suited to this type of task in my opinion. Been using one for 3 years now and very glad I went with the more expensive Director w/built in time clock. Has kept everything in my display running perfectly, even use it during the off season to run my exterior and garden lights and spotlights.
