CHANNEL LOCKED ON

Recommended Posts

I have two showtime controllers and only one channel is constantly locked on and I have read about the reset procedures but things have to be black and white with me..lol. So I have disconnected the power but do not know where to reset the ID switches to zero zero, assuming I have the proper procedure for this model. I have a showtime controller in a metal container and it has a red LED light but not LED displays. I need dummy proof instructions to reset this controller....HELP PLEASE.

I have a Gen 3 controller with channel 7 stuck on.  I have tried the remedy as stated above to no
avail.  Can anyone think of another approach before I send this in for TRIAC replacement?

Thanks everyone.
