my controllers are been seen as 1 and 2 but when play seq only one shows

well i purchased my second controller 16 channel.. and connected and ran hardware untility , they are been seen as 01 and 02 but when i play the 32 channel sequec only the 01 plays the lights 02 is not playing the lights .. made sure unit id is correct .. what am i doing wrong? any suggestion.. if you like to log in my pc we can do that with remote software

Did you actually look in the sequence and see channels 17-32 are correctly assigned to unit #2?
