friskybri
I was in Hardware utility and it wont find Unit 0D. I went to the controller and the led light is steady. I tried restarting the pc, unplugged the unit and replugged it back in to see if that would work. When the sequence is played it plays as normal but the hardware utility cant find it. I keep refreshing but it still wont pop up. I have 3.8.0 advanced. I wouldn't think it would be the cat 5 because the unit behind it is found. Dennis Cherry
In the HU is your Max Unit ID number higher than 0D?

friskybri
Ok that is weird. After a hour or so I tried again and now it found it, then refreshed a few times again and now its gone for the past 4 refreshes. THis is very odd. JUN
Did you assign a unit ID # to each controller? In your HU at the left lower screen is where you can assign the controller. I made the same mistake just recently.
friskybri
Yes it pops up every once in awhile showing 0d. The controller has been used for few years. Its had an ID assigned.
Mwhite7097
May be bad Cat5 cable. Try with a different cable or the questionable cable in another controller to narrow down possibilities.
