Hi Everybody.

I accidentally clicked on Remove sequence and clicked yes in hardware utiliy in the LOR control.

Now my controller wont work as stand alone.

Can I reverse this setting and go back to standalone

You can't reverse the process.

You will need to open the Hardware Utility, and Download a new sequence to the controller. Being that you clicked 'remove' I'm going to guess you know where the download button is. If not, just open your Hardware Utility and click "Standalone" to get started.
