Have logged a ticket at the help desk, have rung repeatedly but can't get any response.The StoryI was aware of the delay as per Lightorama website first announcement below.Important Announcements:All 120volt light controllers are in stockInternational orders and orders for 240 volt controllers are delayed. Any orders placed are not likely to ship until December. We will not have stock of 240 volt controllers until late Nov.Contacted Lightorama Sales in early November who confirmed the above information which led me to place an order online incl. Paypal on 12 November based on the information.Since then I have had no advice and cannot get contact through any communication means. In desperation I started looking for posts that might give me any hint of a problem. Eventually the forums took me back to the same advice page on the store, where the following has now been added.Australian Power Cords are no longer available. High sales volume exhausted our stock and it is after Christmas before more cords can be delivered. Surely this does not include my controller, I must be part of the 'high sales volume' as they specifically advised me that there was a two week delay and I ordered straight away? But I don't know because even though I placed the order nobody has contacted me, my ticket has never been answered, nor is the phone (which I get up in the middle of the night to ring from Australia). I am now left with dysfunctional sequences because my display and resequencing has taken into account the extra controller.Help - can someone please contact me from Lightorama - you have always been awesome in the past!

Simon Gardini Posted December 8, 2012 Author Posted December 8, 2012 Hi Dave, I agree and really feel for everyone in their team (and their families) when they are so busy around Christmas.There seems to have been some problem that meant the Help Desk did not, and still doesn't appear to, send email notifications to me. So I didn't know that they were waiting for information from me for shipping.All sorted out now and controller in transit. Feel bad that I doubted the Lightorama team for a second!
