Where should them be located. thanks for any help. Edited December 3, 2012 by scottd431
Jim Hans Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 This may be a stupid question but did you check the button at the bottom of where the files show up so that the default 16 channel sequences isn't checked? Once you do that all your sequences should show up.
Don Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 The Simple Show Builder looks in your default LOR directory only. Where is that? Usually its in your "My Documents" directory, in a folder called "Light-O-Rama"If you store your sequences anywhere else, the SSB won't find them. One way to see where your default directory is would be to open the Sequence Editor and "File -> Open" One of the three tabs (forget the names, no sleep, no LOR here) is your default directory. Sequences there will be found in the SSB.
Sabre03 Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 The Simple Show Builder only looks in the default LOR Sequence directory for the sequences to display. Make sure the radio button at the bottom of the opening file list is set for 'all files'. It will find 16 or 32 channel sequences only if 16 or 32 is in the file name.If you want to change the default location of the LOR files, first close all of your running LOR programs. Not just things like the Sequence Editor, but also the LOR Control Panel. You can close the LOR Control Panel by right-clicking on it and selecting "Unload Light-O-Rama" from its popup menu.Next, use Windows Explorer to open the directory that contains your Light-O-Rama program files. This is typically, but not always, C:Program FilesLight-O-Rama.In that directory, there should be a file called "LORPost.exe" (although it may show up as just "LORPost", depending upon how you have Windows set up). Run that file.It will step you through a few screens, including one in which it will ask the directory that you want to store your LOR data in. Tell it the directory ABOVE where you want your sequences. For example, if you want your sequences in C:UsersMaxMy DocumentsLight-O-RamaSequences, then tell it C:UsersMaxMy DocumentsLight-O-Rama.
