Even if I shutdown the computer it stays on. Any help is appreciated. For now I disconnected it. thanks Scott
scottd431 Posted December 3, 2012 Author Posted December 3, 2012 and when the show runs it works it just stays on all the time. Very odd.
scottd431 Posted December 3, 2012 Author Posted December 3, 2012 I got the answer Dan told me it is something on the board that will need to be repaired, no big deal it is just 1 mini tree that can be taken out and not missed. thanks Scott
dms0578 Posted December 5, 2012 Posted December 5, 2012 I have a similar problem. Controllers #4 channel 5, it has two strings of 100 count led lights on the channel. After the show ends, about 10 lights on each strand stay on (every thing else is off). At first I plugged in a drop cord and the lights went out. Now the whole string stays on steady after the show. Unplug the drop cord and the lights go out (all but about 10 on each string). Show works normal. Any help will be appreciated

cjjr Posted December 16, 2012 Posted December 16, 2012 Gentleman, I too would be interested in what the problem is, as one of my controllor has a channel that stays on all the time the controllor is powered up. It just started a couple of days ago. This controllor ran all of the halloween show and I have been running my Christmas show for 2 weeks now without a problem.
Stephen Blue Posted December 16, 2012 Posted December 16, 2012 It's probably a blown triac. I had 4 happen last year, and have had one happen this year. You can replace it yourself or send the board back to LOR for repair.
