Question on LOR files

I noticed that when I go into my LOR folders some files, mainly this years files, have locks on the file icon. What do these mean, did I toggle something to enable something? Or is it something new in 3.8?

You must have done something. We didn't change how we create/etc files.

Did you change windows versions? I believe those locks are indications of windows file permissions.

You must be on Windows 7 or higher.

No changes to Windows. I can transfer the files to my show computer running XP and they don't show there, nor does it seem to have any problems with the files. The sequencing computer is running Windows 7.

Poking around the computer a little, this is only showing in the sequences folder on some of the file types. No other folders in LOR or in my documents have this. It don't seem to effect anything, just wondering what it is.
