Controller not recognized

I have a contoller designated as unit #5. When I run the hardware utility I can turn on all lights on that unit/controller. But for some reason the controller/chanels are not working when i run sequesnces. I checked to make sure the unit ID is correct in the sequesnces. Help???

What version (Basic/Basic +/Standard/Advanced) do you have? (Look in the title bar of the sequence editor)

Basic + can only run 4 controllers. You need to upgrade.
