Question

I'm trying to help someone convert their sequences down to 16 channels. I convert them and send them to him but they are getting an error message saying "comment or instruction."

I've never heard of this before, does anyone know what might be going on, on their end?

Again, I converted it for him and it plays fine on my computer and we both have the newest versions of LOR.

I would think its a licence error. Copy the sequence to your show and send him a copy of how you would use it. send it back for him to do the same, than let him import his configuration.
