port error

Please help. Red light bulb is on in system tray, which means disabled. I try to enable it, and it

shows ( Error 8002 port has failed) . Is there any way of getting rid of that. Thanks for any info.

The system is not detecting the USB485 adapter connected to your system, thus the error.

Make sure the USB485 is connected. Use the Hardware Utility to verify that you can talk to the controller(s).
