kelly jett Posted November 24, 2012 Share Posted November 24, 2012 hey guys,having a confusing situation.have dmx floods. all hooked up correctly. dotted all i the "i"s and crossed all the "t"s in the software.turn on the control panel and it says that it recognized the adapter and the connection is made.then for some strange reason when i turn on the control panel the flood lights start blink for no apparent reason. run a sequence and they don't follow but continue to blink randomly. turn offcontrol panel and they stop.why would the control panel says its connected and indicator light on the flood says that its talking but the light have a mind of its own.any thoughts???????i have version 3.8 of the software. could that be part of the problemthanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
kelly jett Posted November 26, 2012 Author Share Posted November 26, 2012 well i seemed to have fixed my problem. i updated the driver for my usb adapter and it seems that the problem is ok now. i guess the floods and the usb weren't talking the same language.
