tophkissane Posted November 22, 2012 Share Posted November 22, 2012 Im not sure what to call it but the little message screen that shows up if you left click on the light bulb in the task tray. I was looking at it trying to find out why my show was not playing on demand as I requested to find out that an error was coming up that it "Cannot read show file" I have tried watching each individual sequence, fine. Tried making a new show that was similar to the last, fine. I just really dont know what to do. I hope someone can help soon, I am not sure how fast my help ticket I submitted will be returned, but I suspect it will be a while and I was hoping to get my shows started tomorrow night.
