imposterbond Posted November 22, 2012 Posted November 22, 2012 Bought some new controllers this year that arrived a few weeks ago.Just got round to renumering them, individually as per the included instructions - all worked fine except the last one - the hardware utility says no controller on the network - have tried resetting it - no change .The green led flashes until I open the hardware utility then led goes solid as per expected .Tried altering other settings in the hardware utility but all come back - cant find a controller.Card is a CTB16PC02.Any ideas ?
Don Posted November 22, 2012 Posted November 22, 2012 What is the UnitID of the controller that is not working?More importantly, in the Hardware Utility, what is the Max Unit ID (top right) set to? If that number is lower that the ID of the controller, then the HWU will not find the controller.
