HELP! Board is on a constant shimmer.

I have a ctb16pc. All was going good in I urial testing of show. Then one channel got stuck on, after that a second one. After I turned off the computer and everything the board and everything attached to it went to a constant shimmer effect and won't stop. Reset board and left without power for a hour or so. Still doing the same... Any ideas?

if the whole board is doing it,sound like comm noise maybe. try a different cat 5 cable. also try another controller on the same line and see if ti happens as well. if the second board lights ok then your controller has a serious issue
