SuperStar License Question

I just purchased 2 LOR CCP's with 100 Pixels each.

Do these count as 200 RGB channels, or 600 individual Channels?

Each pixel uses 3 channels, one for red, one for green, and one for blue.

200 pixels use 3 x 200 = 600 channels. So you need the 4 CCR license. Basically, each CCP string counts as a CCR, and each controller has 2 strings. So 2 controlers gives you 4 strings which counts as 4 CCRs.

Hi Brian,

Thank you very much for the quick response. That is what I was afraid of...

I love the LOR products, and have invested thousands of $'s on thier hardware and software over the years, and will continue to do so, but it's not worth another $100 to me to use Superstar for only two sets of CCP's.
