problem with one channel on a box

I bought 4 boxes seems that 1 of them has channel 16 not getting power I tried a hard reset , any suggestions?

What have you done to confirm that the output is caput? Did these come completely built units? Did you add the dongles?

I tested the power coming off all channels no power on channel 16 , they are sending me a new unit and sending this one back thanks

mine is one channel stuck i reset the board with no change considering reloading firmware anyone got any ideas

Open the pannel and check to see if the connectors for the cables are in place on board.
