data connection failure.

i have the ctb16dv6 board. it was a do it your self board. got it together and it worked. now when i connect it to the computer i get no connection. tried the utilitys and nothing. tried a different controller and started up no prob. i started reading out the circuits and found the 470k ohm resistor is bad. would this cause my connectivity issue or is this a whole different problem?

If it's bad, then you'll have to replace it.

I would file a support ticket.
