Back in July I ordered some wire and sockets...turns out they shipped the wrong wire, but I didn't discover it until the other day (and time is running out). When I contacted Darryl he told me they were out of the wire, so he would just send all new sockets to match the wire they did send. They arrived in short order, and we are all set! BradW22 Posted November 19, 2012 Share Posted November 19, 2012 I had a problem with a few strobes I ordered in July.. I emailed them and they sent replacements immediately. All I did was ask if I could return them and 3 days later I had a box with replacements in it.... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I would recommend these guys to anyone! They are great!!!
