App Exit Error

If I play a sequence through the sequence editor, everything works as it. But... when I close the app, I get the following error:

Faulting application lorsequenceeditor.exe, version 3.8.0.0, faulting module msvbvm60.dll, version 6.0.98.2, fault address 0x0005d2a4.

Then, it asks to send an error report which I say don't send. After it closes, it can be reopened and works like it should.

This PC (show) is running Win XP SP3, P4 3.4G processor, and 2Gig memory.
