Hi all....I just wanted to say "thanks" for providing such amazing advice. I have watched this without joining for about a year. Decided before last year to go high tech.....Ive always had a lot of lights and displays, but never stepped it up.

Soooo.

I have my first 2 controllers and am off to the races. If these forums had not been here I would have been lost!

Great community. Im excited about my first year! Thanks!

I'll add my "Thanks" as well here. I started a year ago, looking, reading and learning before I ordered the controllers and all the assorted needs. Listening to the advice from those who know, lessons learned as such and lots of my sometimes dumb questions, I'm ready to run my first show on Friday night. I've sequenced 26 songs, bought one sequence and heavily modified it for my display and currently editing one more that I'm creating.

I truly would have made serious errors had I not been reading in here and learning from the many others. Thank You to all.

My Thank you post, got buried, so I'll repost it here as well.

I've mostly been a troll this year, Mainly because I didn't want to get sucked into all the drama.

I wanted to take time to say thank you to everyone. Special thanks to all that have shared their sequences, responded to my emails/messages, and helped with building props. A lot of my sequences start to look the same after a while. So the sequences that I've gotten from various folks has helped me to rethink and reprogram some of my sequences.

Again I was able to carefully plan through out the year and though I had a few hiccups while testing, they were easily fixed. Once again I am up and running on time. The full test last night was a huge success and of course folks were already stopping to watch.

.

Once again, I've gained a wealth of knowledge from this forum.

THANK YOU TO ALL!!!!!

I am so obsessed it's kinda funny. My wife should get a medal. I had her on the roof adjusting something today!

The amount I have learned in a short period of time. And like others said....great people with a helping hand.

I am gonna have to work harder to pay for this....$400 run to Lowes for extension cords 3 days ago. Amazing how a whim of a decision effects power distribution.....lol.
